🏆 DUQUEINE D08 Continues Podium Streak
After an impressive weekend at Zandvoort and Watkins Glen, the DUQUEINE D08 continues to shine on the international stage. This time, both the Prototype German Cup and IMSA WeatherTech were back in action at Norisring and Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, where the D08 maintained their exceptional form, securing multiple podiums and wins in each competition.
🚗 Prototype German Cup: A Complete Domination by the D08s
This weekend, the D08 cars continued to dominate the Prototype German Cup, delivering a flawless performance in both qualifying and the races. On Saturday, KOIRANEN’s n°72 took pole for the first race, followed by Racing Experience’s n°15 and Van Ommen Racing’s n°6. Racing Experience maintained their lead throughout the race and claimed the top spot, while both Van Ommen cars made their first appearance on the podium.
For the second race, five D08s started at the front, with DKR’s n°77 securing pole. KOIRANEN’s n°78 took revenge for the first race, clinching the win despite a collision in the battle for first place. Mücke’s n°8 finished in second position, ahead of the winner from the first race.

🌍 IMSA WeatherTech & VP Racing: Remarkable Results in Canada
The VP Racing Challenge returned to Canada this weekend after a four-month break, and Courtney Cone secured her second podium of the season in Race 1 aboard the Forty7. In Race 2, Dan Goldburg of JDC Motorsport widened his lead in the championship by claiming victory.
In IMSA WeatherTech, the D08 cars had little rest after their stellar performance at Watkins Glen. For their home race at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, AWA Racing delivered excellent results, with D08 n°17 and n°13 finishing in 3rd and 4th positions, continuing their impressive podium streak.
