The final round of the Ultimate Cup Series took place this weekend at the legendary Estoril circuit in Portugal. After their first victory at Magny-Cours, the DB Autosport team, led by Jordan Perroy, set their sights on a second win to finish the season on a high note.
Despite challenging qualifications, the team demonstrated determination and strategy to secure another well-earned triumph.
The weekend did not start as planned for DB Autosport. During the qualifying sessions, the team faced brake issues, preventing them from fully exploiting their car’s potential on the demanding Estoril track.
Despite these difficulties, Jordan Perroy, Mathias Beche, and Nicolas Melin Dewidehem managed to secure 4th place on the starting grid. This position forced them to adopt an aggressive race strategy to fight for the top spots.
From the very start, DB Autosport quickly found their rhythm and began an impressive charge toward the front. Thanks to a well-executed strategy and perfectly managed stints by Perroy, Beche, and Melin Dewidehem, the team steadily gained positions.
The battle for victory was fierce, but DB Autosport remained consistent and resilient throughout the race.
After hours of intense racing, the team crossed the finish line in first place, securing their second victory of the season!
