DUQUEINE D09 LMP3

The DUQUEINE D09 marks a turning point in the world of LMP3: equipped with a Toyota twin-turbo V6 engine, it combines innovation, reliability, and performance. Fully designed and assembled in France, it embodies the excellence of tomorrow’s motorsport.

DUQUEINE Design

The D09 benefits from an innovative design aimed at maximum optimization of performance and driver safety. Designed for the most demanding teams, the D09 has been designed to guarantee maximum reliability, roominess and safety, in particular thanks to the anti-intrusion materials in our cockpit.
In addition, our engineers and mechanics work continuously on the development of the prototype in a permanent concern for excellence .

DUQUEINE Export

In 2020, the D08 entered all European endurance championships as well as the IMSA Prototype Challenge. Since January 2021, DUQUEINE has expanded its market to Asia and WheatherTech, endurance championship in the United States of America and Canada with the objective to perform on all of these championships.

Since 2025, DUQUEINE has also been producing the D09, its latest-generation LMP3 prototype. Designed and assembled in France, the D09 is now available for export, delivering international teams a blend of performance, reliability, and innovation—hallmarks of DUQUEINE expertise.

DUQUEINE Philosophy

DUQUEINE Automotive has set up 3 Delivery Centers, one at each strategic point corresponding to the championships in which our D08 & D09 LMP3 are engaged.
In addition, it allows us to deliver the LMP3 to our customers directly on the track. They can test their car alongside our engineers who will also train their teams on the D08 and the softwares. Once delivered, the teams can benefit from DUQUEINE Automotive technical assistance at each meeting.

A Technical Evolution at the Heart of Innovation

Smart Design, Optimized Aerodynamics

This new power unit required a complete redesign of the engine architecture, particularly in terms of cooling, dynamic balance, and aerodynamic integration. DUQUEINE’s engineers meticulously refined the weight distribution to maintain the top-speed capabilities of the previous model while increasing downforce, especially valuable on technical circuits.

Enhanced Reliability, Modernized Components

As part of this optimization process, a large number of components have been revised or replaced. Braking, suspension, and drive shafts have all undergone major improvements. The goal: to ensure maximum reliability over time, even under the most extreme racing conditions.

Performance and Accessibility: A Perfect Balance

The D09 is not just a high-performance machine—it’s designed for all driver profiles. Its interior ergonomics have been reworked to offer an intuitive, comfortable, and responsive cockpit, even for gentleman drivers. This attention to the driving experience reflects DUQUEINE’s commitment to making top-tier LMP3 performance more accessible.

Competition Debut: April 2025

The D09 will make its competitive debut at the opening round of the 2025 European Le Mans Series (ELMS) and the Michelin Le Mans Cup, taking place at the Barcelona circuit on April 5–6. A key moment to evaluate the potential of this new prototype against international rivals.

A 100% Made-in-France Prototype

Each D09 is hand-built in DUQUEINE’s workshop located at the Pôle Mécanique Alès-Cévennes. This artisanal expertise, combined with cutting-edge technology, is the hallmark of a company proudly rooted in the French motorsport landscape.

On the Road to Excellence

With the D09, DUQUEINE reaffirms its vision: to provide teams and drivers with a machine that is innovative, reliable, and accessible—engineered to take on the boldest challenges in modern motorsport.
